If student drivers are utilized, the entire student driver training program should be outlined in writing, and it should contain at least the following:
- Student driver requirements.
- Driver trainer qualifications.
- Driver trainer training.
- Approved schools from which students will be accepted.
- Minimum length of OJT.
- Written evaluations on students
- Continuing education for all students.
